Initiate Your Return
Log into your Lively account or visit our online returns portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and any included accessories are packed securely to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping labels.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
